We hope you love what you ordered! But just in case you’re not 100% satisfied, we’ve made the process super easy for you.
We accept returns postmarked within 60 days of the original purchase date.
Use our return label to postmark your return within 40 days from the purchase date, and we’ll cover the shipping cost.
For returns after 40 days from the purchase date, or additional returns after the first return of the same order, a $0.00 fee will be deducted per package, or you can process your return by using your local post office at your own cost.
1. Sign into your SKYHOPE account.
2. Find the order in My Orders, click the “Return Item” button.
3. Select the item(s) you would like to return, indicate the reason, and submit.
4. Print the return label and securely tape it on the outside of your return package.
5. Call the post office to arrange a collection or drop off at your nearest post office.
Note: RL only supports orders for shipping to the United States.
1. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags attached.
2. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie & sleepwear, swimwear, jewelry, and accessories (except scarves, bags, and mermaid blankets). We cannot offer refunds on cosmetic if the hygiene seal has been broken.
3. Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned.
Note: 1. Please do not send your return to the address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return.
2. Please be sure to double check your returns before shipping them out. We will not be held responsible for the return of non-SKYHOPE products.
Returns will be processed within 7 days upon receipt of your package. The refund will be issued to your SKYHOPE wallet or the original payment account per your request. Note: The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.
